Together: Two Empty Vases

I hope I can tell the time one day

Sharing is caring!

You left me an hourglass without any sand.

I watch the rain drop but it’s of no use to me. Too slippery, can’t be trusted.

We chase lightening just to bolt the thunder, only standing still long enough to feel the ricochet.

I moved, I moved. I felt the defibrillator and it woke but didn’t save me.

I hope I can tell the time one day. Tell the time I have a lot of things to say.
